Holy Cannoli runs all of the company affairs by the book. We believe that organization is the #1 component to any company’s success. Our product is Italian style cannolis. For those of you who don’t know what it is well here’s a little run down for you. Cannolis are an Italian pastry.

The exterior shell is made of fried dough and the interior can either be custard or the classic ricotta cheese filling. Our cannoli shells are going to be made fresh only hours before they are sold to the public on May 10th by a professional pastry chef. They will then be picked up and brought to Loyola where our team of skilled chefs will be preparing the filling and stuffing the cannolis minutes before you stuff them in your mouth.

Our goal is to satisfy our customers and our shareholders. If we sell as many cannolis as possible then it’s obvious that our customers are going to be satisfied because they keep coming back for more. If this is so then our shareholders will be happy too because of the money they are going to make.

All of our shareholders will be able to view the company agenda via the internet in our shareholder section. Our site will also be used to inform the public about important dates and news, provide them with various links as well as include many multimedia attachments. Holy Cannoli is made up of a team of dedicated workers that always put the customer before dollar.

  The Board of Directors at Holy Cannoli wishes to thank Gaetano and Anna Bruno of   Patisserie Delizia for using their secret cannoli recipe and for their training and support. Gaetano was a master pastry chef in Avellino, Italy and has been in Montreal for over 40 years now.

In the past, when they were "Carnival's Crown," people gave cannoli to all their friends by the dozen. One can only imagine the people in the pastry shops churning them out and the sweet sugary smell of the ricotta filling wafting over the city!

They are older, however: an anonymous 17th century poet, who once said:

Beddi Cannola di Carnalivari
Megghiu vuccuni a la munnu 'un ci nn'è:
Sú biniditti spisi li dinari;
Ogni cannolu è scettru d'orgni Re.
Arrivunu li donni a disistari;
Lu cannolu è la virga di Moisè
Cui nun ni mancia, si fazza ammazzari,
Cu li disprezza è un gran curnutu affè!
Beautiful are the Cannoli of Carnevale,
No tastier morsel in the world:
Blessed is the money used to buy them;
Cannoli are the scepters of all Kings.
Women even desist [from pregnancy]
For the cannolo, which is Moses's Staff:
He who won't eat them should let himself be killed;
He who doesn't like them is a cuckold, Olè!
